Our processes
Supply and Preparation of Raw Materials
The production process begins with the procurement of quality raw materials to obtain quality yarns. It is necessary to supply different fibers such as cotton, wool and polyester. These raw materials are made ready for processing. Processes such as removing foreign substances such as seeds and dirt, and cutting or separating fibers to appropriate sizes are carried out at this stage.
Yarn Production
The prepared raw materials are converted into yarn. Yarn production is generally a four-stage process: spinning, twisting, thinning and reinforcement. At this stage, the fibers are brought together with the help of special machines, drawn, twisted and turned into yarn. At this stage, properties such as thickness, softness and durability of the threads are kept under control.
Packaging and Distribution
The produced yarns are packaged and stored as desired. It is labeled and palletized to be delivered to the end user. Appropriate packaging materials are used for safe storage and transportation of yarns. The distribution process is organized according to customer demands and the yarns are delivered to the target points on time through logistics networks.
