Mx type glitter yarn are produced by coating the films and cutting them at different microns and then reinforcing two pieces of 20 denier monofilament, nylon or polyester yarn.
Reinforced yarns are also produced in 15 micron thick mother-of-pearl and transparent.
It is used in knitting, weaving, fancy yarn and mostly in weft.
